How to File a Ticket Sep.22,2010

  • There has been a lot of confusion with the implementation of the new and improved ticket system so here are step by step instructions on how to register and file a ticket.  PLEASE remember sending note cards or instant messages to the staff will not be answered you MUST file a ticket in order to have your issue addressed.

    1. First if you registered before Nov. 1st please head on over tohttp://support.amarettobreedables.com and use the email and password you used on the forums ( not your username ).
    2. If you Registered later than Nov. 1st and cannot login please send Tmzasz Luminos an notecard in-world with the email address you used.
    3. If you havent registered please head over tohttp://support.amarettobreedables.com/index.php?/Base/UserRegistration/Register and register for the ticket system ( registration is needed to help both us and you keep track of your tickets)
    4. Login to the support page at http://support.amarettobreedables.com and file a ticket.
    5. Check back on the ticket page often as your ticket will have a reply from a CSR.

Please follow these simple guidelines below to help get your ticket answered as quickly as possible:

    • Please do not file multiple tickets for the same issue, it only slows things down.
    • Do not wait to be contacted inworld regarding your ticket. Please log in and check for responses to your tickets.
    • Please include any pertinent information regarding your ticket/issue this will help expedite your ticket through faster.
    • No response to tickets from the user in 3 days and the ticket will be closed.
    • Refrain from refreshing your page on the ticket system, it will duplicate your tickets.
    • You must be the owner of the horse/bundle to file a ticket. Please do not file tickets for others.
    •  BE SURE TO GIVE AS MUCH INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUNDLE/HORSE AS POSSIBLE AS THIS WILL HELP SPEED THINGS UP

Hopefully this helps clear up some confusion and make the ticket filing process go  a lot smoother for everyone.  Thank you, The Amaretto Team
