Your invited to the Amaretto Breedables Barnyard Birds Viewing party. On Wednesday the 10th, 1st concert starts at 5 pm Slt. Theres no dress code so come as you are!

Hello everyone. This week we have seen alot of tickets on people needing horses replaced. Well we all know SL can eat them or make them Poof, but heres something that we have noticed alot of people doing. NEVER highlight and take a group of horses, K-9s, bundles, or kennels into your inventory. Most of the time when you do this, you will lose all the items as they will not rez back out

Also if you find a breedable in your inventory and you know that you already have it out, you can right click on the item in inventory, look in the description field and compare the numbers from that with your breedables number. If you set it out and you already have it out, both copies will duplicate.

When SL does a sim Rollback, it takes the sim back to a previous state. If you have purchased a horse from someone, and the sim where you purchased the breedable from has a rollback, it can create a duplicate issue., maybe even someone else has come along and also purchased the same breedable. This is why we ask for transaction history. If this happens you can contact the seller for refund. Please don’t just assume they are selling duplicates on purpose. Talk to the seller. Things can be worked through.

Wow … Here we are Jan 6 2011 and we have survived the Christmas holidays and New Years… Due to some real life stuff I was unable to do my connection on Dec 30 2011 … *pouts* Even though I wasn’t available I thought of my Amaretto family and community.

Having said this…The first order of my 1st connection of 2012 is to wish you ALL the very best for 2012 and I hope you all receive many special bundles and kennels this year.

Amaretto has some pretty exciting things in store for 2012 and I hope you all will be here when the ALL NEW Amaretto Barnyard Birds are released. Since 2011 all the new beta testers have been selected and added to the beta testing group! With over 350 Amaretto Beta Testers… …I’m sure that we will be able to turn these birds inside out and find everything and anything wrong with them. Release day is going to be AWESOME and so excited to see these bad birds hit the grid!

Dakota sent out a notice today that I would like to mention – its truly an amazing opportunity for someone(s)… Have you got Amaretto talent? Amaretto is currently seeking a professional Avatar animator! It goes without saying but you have to have a love and passion for Amaretto Breedables. So if you love Amaretto and got super talent than please forward your resume to Richie Carami. Only those being considered will be contacted and thank you to all in advance for applying… WOOT WOOT!

Last but certainly NOT least… I’d like to remind you all that tomorrow only in Amaretto Boomtown at 3pm SLT we have karaoke with Avalon. So sip some tea, rest them vocal cords and send your notecards to Avalon Crystal with the music you need to sing your heart out!

Hello everybody today i would like to discuss a tool that many newer browsers have implemented that can help you if you are having troubles logging into a certain site or going to vote on our current open vote. This tool is called Privacy mode. This mode works by denying cookies from a website and denying read requests to that sites cookie which can help you log in. A little background on cookies first: Whenever you go to a site that has some sort of login system a text file containing the connection info and various pieces of data is stored in your web browser, This is a cookie. Under normal use these can be beneficial like when you check remember me that cookie gets that piece of data and the next time you go to that site you will still be logged in. Unfortunately this can also work against you at times like with our voting site if something happens to the connection and you haven’t voted the cookie doesn’t know this but it does know that you have been which results in a redirect to the results page. Privacy mode fixes this by denying all cookie requests for the duration of the mode ( till you close the Privacy window ). So as you can see this mode will help most instances of being unable to login or participate on sites such as the voting system.

The Privacy mode is named differently on most major browsers:

Internet Explorer – In Private Browsing the window is activated by pressing ctrl shift p

Google Chrome – Incognito the window is activated by ctrl shift n

Apple Safari – Private Browsing the window is opened from the safari menu

Mozilla Firefox – Private Browsing the window is opened by pressing ctrl shift p

With these modes if you find that the voting link given by the vote box doesn’t work copy and paste that link into the Privacy Mode window and it should work though there are instances where it wont. In any case if you have trouble voting please IM Tmzasz Luminos inworld or if im offline drop me a notecard and i will help you as soon as i can. Every vote matters 🙂

and go to menu Click on the comsumables option on the menu.
Look for Puppy Love Pill an click on it , after the K-9’s energy has
been updated the puppy love bottle will disappear .
Remember this will only work on the K-9 every 24 hours .

Well try the Rawhide Lollipop

an it will raise the happiness up by 15% all you have

to do is open the box with the Lollipop Rawhide
an rez it next to the K-9 then click on the K-9
when menu drops click on the Consumables button then look for Rawhide Lollipop an BAM your K-9 is 15% happier !!
The Lollipop Rawhide will disappear after your K-9
stats are updated

Hello Everyone!!

Ok so a few things that i want to clear up..

First the poll we had on the website for the extra prim… We did not get all the votes we would have liked.. The majority that did voted yes but we need more to vote for it to be a true majority. We want the Majority of the community to vote on this seeing this is a important thing to most.. The extra prim will allow Amaretto to put more traits into the horses I will not go into details as most of you would like as to what the new traits are but lets just say adding one prim can make a world of difference. So with that being said the poll on the website is now closed and we are putting up voting stations inworld to see if we can get more votes then we did on the website… The voting systems are located at each Amaretto Horse Store Location.. Yes you can vote again if you voted on the website only the votes from inworld will count.. Voting will go on for 1 week starting today so please go vote on this we are encourage all of the community to vote. If you are ok with the extra prim per horse vote yes if you are not ok with it vote No.

Last i would like to add something about the mystic horses.. These horses are like normal horses there coats can pass and their offspring can have the coat as a hidden trait.. Please remember though you can only birth a Mystic Horse from 2 Holiday horses not the Holiday horses offspring unless that offspring is a mystique.

Hey guys! It’s Monday again and I hope you all had a great New Years celebration and got to spend it with your loved ones. A couple of things I want to remind everyone of today, one don’t forget to pick up your items at the 48 hours sale!! If you haven’t already time is running out!

Thanks to all that attended the Amaretto Countdown party it was a lot of fun!! Amaretto has been making a big effort to bring the community closer together with events being held at Boomtown every week! It has been a great success and gives everyone a chance to meet other breeders in the community both Horses and K9s!!

I have also been hosting Amaretto Open Mic every week on Saturdays and thats been a lot of fun too! I am still looking for more singers, comedians, or even people who would like to read poetry!! If you are interested please send a notecard to Avalon Crystal in world.

So in an effort to let you guys know ahead of time what events are being hosted, we have added a new link on the main site home page. I have included a picture of where the link is posted on the main page to make it easy for you guys to spot!

Hello everyone last night/this morning was one hell of a party! There was music from the Lonhers, Our very own Dj Ava and of course plenty of lights and fireworks all through the night. Y’all helped send 2011 out and bring 2012 in with a blast.I just want to say thank you to everyone that came out and i hope everyone of you out there has a wonderful New Year.
