Hello everyone how many times have some of you found that you can’t log into the ticket system or you have forgotten your password? Well today I am going to talk about a new method of logging in to the tickets! Starting from now any new ticket you submit will now have a link at the bottom of the email response from the auto-response that happens when we get the ticket, that when clicked will automatically log you into your ticket and the ticket system! I put this system in because I know some of you forget your password or for whatever reason have trouble logging in and for everybody else its a convenience feature to help tickets go quicker for both parties You and Us 🙂

Until next week this is tmzasz your neighborhood webmaster.

Fun with the K-9 HUD

Let’s have some fun with our K-9. Did you know that while your K-9 is attached to your hud it gets a boost in happiness.

First let’s take a look at the hud.

The hud has lots of different buttons

Connect – This button lets you chose what K-9 you want to interact with

Disconnect – This button disconnects the current K-9 from the HUD

Follow – the K-9 will follow your avatar

Come – The K-9 will walk to your avatar and then sit near you

Stay – This will cause the K-9 to sit and stay in its current location

Get Ball – This button will send a ball to your objects folder for use with the Fetch button

Fetch – This button needs to be activated before you can throw the ball and have your K-9 go get it for you.

Your hud will tell you which K-9 is connected and what activity you are using with your K-9

Let’s get started!

First you need to wear your hud, the hud will attach itself to the upper left hand corner of your screen, then touch the K-9 you want to play with and choose HUD from the K-9s blue menu

Next touch the Connect button on the HUD . In local chat it will tell you which K-9 is connected.

Now you can choose which activity you want to play with your K-9

Lets play fetch with the ball

If you click get the ball, it will send a ball to your object file in your inventory…wear the ball, it will attach to your hand. The ball has different ranges that you can set to throw it, 20,40,60 or 100 meters. ..Now click the fetch button on your HUD

Go into the mouse look button at the bottom of you screen, aim where you want the ball to go and left click your mouse to throw the ball … Your K-9 will now fetch the ball and bring it back to you

You can also take a walk in the parks and have your K-9 follow you using the hud..you can stop and sit on a park bench, and use the stay button to have them sit at your feet while you rest.

Also you can walk your K-9 on a leash. So take your K-9s and have fun with them and enjoy a fun and relaxing afternoon.

Always remember when you are done playing with your K-9 to disconnect them from the hud and reset their home position near their food and water..

Rubber Chicken ?!?!

TGIFARC! Thank Goodness I Found A Rubber Chicken!  HA! Thankfully it’s Friday and someone has found a new Exotic Bird ….. the Rubber Chicken has bounced its way onto the SecondLife grid!

Exotic Birds are very special/rare birds that can be born at random from ANY bird breeding combination. As an added twist to the Barnyard Birds the Exotic Birds have the possibility of being found in the Starter Packs.

Exotic Birds are NOT able to pass their breed. However, you could get extremely lucky and birth another Exotic Bird. The Rubber Chicken is born with random eye and random class (since these are random they do have the ability to pass).

When you breed an Exotic Bird (whether it is with another Exotic Bird or any other bird) you DO have an increased chance at receiving another random Exotic Bird.

The non-Exotic offspring of Exotic Birds do NOT have an increased chance of producing Exotic Birds.

Happy Breeding everyone!

The stats on the Rubber Chicken look like this:

Breed: Rubber Chicken

Eye: Negro

If your Barnyard Bird runs out of food, or if you leave it in your inventory it will become sick. Once your Barnyard Bird is sick it will take 4 days for it to eat its way out of sickness, or you can purchase a one-time use Flu Shot that will heal one Barnyard Bird instantly! To use the Flu Shot:

Barnyard Birds Incubator

Hi Everyone!! Guess What!! This is Hump Day!!!!!!!! I have noticed in some of the tickets we have been getting I am missing my Barnyard Bird Nest or missing my Barnyard Bird after i send it to the incubator . Well let me touch on some things you should check before filing that ticket.
Check the incubator for what eggs are in there, how do i do this? Click the incubator, Click the button called List UUID’s it will tell you all the Barnyard Bird UUID’s that are in the incubator. In case you have a Barnyard Bird that can’t rez due to lack of prims please give the incubator time it will re-rezz the barnyard bird when prims are open.
Remember it takes 60 minutes for the new Barnyard Bird to be hatched. Look around on ground for your Barnyard Bird or even maybe underground never know where it might land 🙂 . Have a great day and Happy Barnyard Bird Breeding!

Amaretto And It’s Breedables

Hello Everyone!!

Today I would like to give a big ty to our community for all the support and kindness you give the staff and mods. Since Amaretto opened in 2010 we have come along ways with new and exciting things and to top it off there is more to come!!!!

Amaretto Horses where first brought into sl for sale in sept 2010 and they are still holding strong to this day. With many many things coming up this year with the horses such as the anticipated Racing that will be coming to you all we hope that our community makes this year another great year for the horses we love them as much as you all do and spend lots of time making new and better things for them 🙂

Amaretto K9s came on the grid in aug of 2011 with many people in the community racing out to get them we still to this day believe that our k9s bring joy and  happiness to alot of people and with the past update people have found some of the new breeds to be even more exciting. Cant forget the new hud and petting animations that have been added in either and don’t think we are done just yet because we are far from it with these wonderful animals 🙂

Amaretto Barnyard Birds!!! Yes they hit the grid this year this is our most recent addition to the breedables community the birds are a wonderful breedable with lots of features and color to them you will be sure to want to have these on your farm as well.. With the birds being so new to Amaretto we have lots of plans for them this year and we hope that the community will bring together and make these just as wonderful as our other breedabels so go on over today to the main store where we have some demos of hidden breeds out at full age so you can see the wonderful colors you will be getting 🙂

Untill next week 🙂

Wooot its Monday again it seems like it comes every week I swear! Of all the days I hate most, Monday is my favorite.

I was sitting here thinking what do I want to share with my Amaretto Family today? Horses? K-9s? Chickens??

Then it hit me! Im such a egg head! Well in case you didn’t know or haven’t seen them at your markets lately the Barnyard Birds have flown the coop! In case you haven’t seen them you should really give these chicks a good look!

http://slurl.com/secondlife/Amaretto%20Barnyard%20Birds/153/71/21

People have been breeding the Barnyard Birds for over a week now. I thought I would share some pretty cool stuff that I know about them.

*Like Exotic Birds are very special birds that can be born at random from ANY bird breeding combination. You can even get them right out of the starter packs.  If you are lucky enough to get one of these Exotics, they will help other Barnyard Birds in a 10 meter  radius gain vivacity over a period of time.  In fact I have already seen some of these on the grid! I have included a pic off Egg Head! I bet this guy runs into everything!

*Have you ever bumped your Barnyard Bird? If you have animations, movement, and sounds on if you bump your Barnyard Bird with your avatar it makes the cutest sound and runs away!

*When you are ready to birth your nest you have to incubate the nest for 60 mins! Then you will have yourself a Spring chicken!

*All Barnyard Birds have holding animations so you can carry them all over the grid !

*Ever notice that your Roosters or Hens are crowding the food? Thats because when the eat the actually walk to the Barley Bird Diet to eat!

*Hopefully all you Barnyard Breeders out there already know about the G.P.S. The Barnyard Bird G.P.S. (Global Peck’n Sort) is a tool that will change the settings on all your Barnyard Birds on one sim all at one time!!

So we are all learning about the Barnyard Birds and how they work they definitely have lots of neat stuff that no other Amaretto Breedable does. So grab the kids, tie down the horses and head over to the main store for a look! Until nest time Happy Breeding All!!!!

Rooster Mating – How to Tell

Hello everyone today i would like to cover Rooster Mating – How to tell if your Rooster mated!

There is a very simple way to determine if your rooster mated or not so if your wondering if your Rooster mated with a hen or SL lag ate a gen from your rooster ( If its missing a gen we can fix that 🙂 ) do the following steps:

1. Click on the rooster to bring up its menu

2. Click the breeding menu to bring up the Breeding sub-menu

3. Click on Last bred to to bring up the relevant information

If the rooster has breed the following will be chatted in local:

Amaretto Barnyard Bird: The latest Barnyard Bird partner was Amaretto Barnyard Bird with the ID of C000000000000-0000-0000-000000000000

If the rooster hasn’t bred it will show this:

This bird has not yet mated.

I hope this helps everyone with any doubts on if their rooster has mated and if you have reason to think sl stole a gen from your rooster ( bad sl go to the corner ) please file a ticket at http://support.amarettobreedables.com.

Helpful Idea !

I have noticed a lot of problems have been happening with breedables dissapearing at auctions, some by SL roll backs, some by lag when trying to rez them, and others when taking them after purchase. When you go to an auction you have to fill out a notecard about your breedable. It only takes a little extra time to record the UUID number on the notecard.

Go to edit on the breedable, in the description line that is the uuid number. That number is very important and can help a lot if you need to file a ticket for a missing breedable, highlight the number and copy , paste to notecard. Doing this is like taking each one of your breedables’ fingerprints!! It can be a big time help if anything ever does happen to your breedable.

Ava’s Ticket Tips!!

TGIF!!!! Woot it’s friday! Hope you guys are all ready to enjoy your weekend! I know that i am!

A few things that i want to stress to you guys today, I know you have seen a lot of connections about how to file a ticket and what to put in the ticket.

I just wanted to give you guys the low down! So get your pen and paper and take some notes cause I am gonna give you tips and tricks on getting your ticket in and ensure a speedy solution to your problem!
1. Bundles that say “NEVER_RECEIVED_MOTHER_COMMUNICATION” or “MOTHER_HAD_SECOND_BUNDLE_IN_THREE_DAYS”
Please include parent info, not just stats, if you know the mother horse it came from please use the menu > breeding> last bundle it will say something like:
The last bundle dropped by this horse was Amaretto Breedable Bundle with the ID of XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX and you can include that in the ticket! If you file a ticket with a bundle like this the first thing we will do is ask who are the parents! Just include it when you file and save that time!

2. Lost horse?? Well ya gotta tell us which horse! Either by name or UUID! If your horses name was Amaretto Breedables Horse boy are you in trouble and hopefully you have the uuid! If you lost a horse in transfer let us know who was passing it to you!

3. Duplicated horses- If you just bought it or someone passed it to you please let us know in the ticket! We aren’t mind readers and cant tell oooo you just bought the horse from BOB! Go ahead and  include your transaction history from secondlife.com on these kinds of tickets!

4. Missing items? Well be sure to include your transaction history from secondlife.com we have to confirm you bought it to know you are missing it!

5. Filing tickets for horses you dont own- well first of all you shouldn’t do this!!  The owner of the horse should always file their own ticket because if your not showing as owner of a horse on our server I can’t give it back to you!

6. Keep it simple! What do I mean? Tell us your problem and be clear about it so that we can easily tell what the problem is and can get you on the road to a solution as fast as possible!

7. Ok my final tip: When sending your animals in for repair ALWAYS put in a folder with your ticket id! First of all i dont have to search it out on the ticket system. Second if you just pass me a horse not in a folder who knows where it might end up! I mean just open your objects folder and take a look! Now imagine mine!

Guys I hope you read this connection and really remember this stuff when filing your tickets if you do I promise it will cutt down your wait time because you have already provided us with the info that we needed to get your issue resolved!
Well until next time Happy Breeding everyone! I hope to see you all tomorrow at Club Amaretto @ 5 slt!!!!
