To get the HUD is really simple just click on one of your 3.5 + horses and go to help then click on get HUD it will send you a HUD to wear and use with your horses!

The G.P.S button: Your hud has a built in G.P.S. for your horses simply click on the G.P.S. button to bring up its menu and to use the G.P.S. The menu is like your G.P.S. Barrel, but without barrel.

With the Animations menu, now you can change your animations or adjust them without having to click on the horse!

The Animations button:

This button will bring up two choices, brush or feed

Now lets hit the small black main menu button, and click racing.

Racing is probably the most popular feature of the HUD. it will control the Racing aspect of the horses.

There are 4 tabs here.. Training, Stats, Racing, and Racing Animation

These will be explained in a later connection when the horses start being born on the grid.

Hello everyone today i would like to cover a quick topic on what the horse HUD is and how to get it from your horses!

As everyone is aware Racing has been added to the Amaretto Horse experience!  However, the only way to discover the racing traits and all that goes along with them will be to breed it from the new starters.  That’s right! Racing will be a new hidden trait in the starters just like the other new stuff that is hidden in there.  Oopps I may have said too much! We will have more information coming regarding the racing very soon!  I hope everyone enjoys this update as we here at Amaretto have worked very hard at bringing new and exciting things to the Amaretto Community!

P.S. Due to all the excitement of the update CLASS AT ARU CANCELED TONIGHT 7-6-12 only

Let’s Retouch on Consumables

Two of the most important consumables:
Breedable & Pet Food –
Breeder Food is for horses you wish to breed once they reach 7 days old.
Pet Food is to be used when you do not wish to breed your horses. If you decide to breed your horse after feeding it Pet Food, it will take 7 days on Breeder Food for the effects of the Pet Food to wear off.
1. Rez the food/water within your horses set range. (A horse’s default range is 5 meters)
2. Can click the food/water to change options and see remaining %. Options include Owner only, Group only, and All.
Owner only: Will only be consumed by the owners horses.
Group only: Will only be consumed by horses in the same group as the food/water is set to.
All: Any horse within range of the food/water will be able to consume it.
Once the food/water has been completely consumed it will disappear.
In case your horses get hungry
1. Re-rez fixes 99% of the issues.
2. If the land is set to a group, are the horses and food set to that group?
3. If the land isn’t set to a group, are the horse and food set to the same group as each other?
4. Check to see if the horse is set to the type of food out (more stats)
5. Re-set home position.
6. Sometimes giving them a Horsey Snack will help them start to eat so you may also want to try this. Remember your horses only eat once every 43 minutes so you may not notice a change immediately, be patient it takes 3 days for a horse to reach 100% hunger.
Salt Licks:

This stat booster gives a 1% increase in happiness over time. One Salt Lick last 2 horses 2 weeks.
1. Open boxed Salt Lick and rez close to the horses you wish to increase the happiness. For the horses to use the Salt Lick it needs to be within their set range, just as the food and water is.
2. Click the Salt Lick to set options for Owner only, Group only, or All.
Owner only: Will only be consumed by the owners horses.
Group only: Will only be consumed by horses in the same group as the Salt Lick is set to.
All: Any horse within range of the Salt Lick will be able to consume it.
Once the Salt Lick has been completely consumed it will disappear.

Water Lily Ruby Eye!

Hello everyone today I would like to talk a little bit about this months Birthstone Flower Eye the Water Lily Ruby.

As you know March 1st we began a new thing with the Birthstone Flower Eyes and this month is the Water Lily Ruby.

Now I know some of you are probably asking how do I get this eye? Well that’s the fun part just breed your horses! That’s right its completely random and from any pair of horses ( given they are version 3.2 and higher ). Each eye comes with a representation of the months birth flower and the birth stone for the month ( this month its the water lily and ruby ). This eye can pass on to its offspring as well :).Below is a picture of what the eye looks like! Happy Breeding everyone.
