The New Year Is A Great Time To Start ARU!

Happy Hump Day Breeders!

Are you new to Amaretto and would you like to learn more about your breedables? Or, are you a long-time breeder who needs a refresher course on breeding? Well, Amaretto Ranch University can help! Plus, the new year is a great time to start attending!

Amaretto Ranch University (ARU) was created so you could achieve full knowledge of our products. Classes are taught at 9 AM (SLT) and 5 PM (SLT) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; and, on Saturday at 11 AM (SLT) in the ARU classroom located here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/ARU%20and%20AMOC/60/138/22

ARU consists of 47 classes ranging from general information to specifics about your horses, K9s, birds, and ponies. And, classes are continuous which means you can start at any time. Take a look at the current schedule here.

Attending ARU is absolutely free, however, you will need to enroll. Just look for the registration kiosk, located in the back of the classroom, touch it, and follow the easy instructions. A username and password for the ARU website will be provided to you, privately, in nearby chat.

Then go to the website. Once there, click Course Progression to get to the login. This page shows you which classes you have taken and which ones you still need to complete.

Progression is documented based on the notecard you submit to the instructor at the end of each class. Take note that it can take up to 7 days for notecards to be processed and your completed class added to the website. So, please be patient.

After you complete ALL the classes offered you will be eligible to graduate! Graduation is held once enough students have completed the courses to hold a ceremony*. Graduations are a grand event, with photographs and acknowledgments, additionally, you’ll earn a framed diploma and breedable especially designed for ARU!

So, what are you waiting for? Start attending today!

Until next time…hope to see you in class and HAPPY BREEDING!

*If you are finished with all 47 classes, you can submit an application for graduation. To do this you create a Notecard and name it – Application For Graduation (Your Full SL name). Then, drop your application for graduation in the orange mailbox at the back of the classroom (across from the registration kiosk).
