You had to be breeding Prism Wings with a Painted Abyss, Masquerade in Teal, or a Lavender Bandit from July 1, 2021 at 12:01 AM until July 31, 2021 11:59 PM to get the original Coveted Circlet - Cosmic. Once you had your hands on one of these you could pass the Cosmic Eye or the Crown.
So go out and find these today and add that eye or crown to your Ponie Pal breeding today!!!
