For those of you that breed Amaretto Horses, I'm sure you know about Haven Horses and how to get them. Well if you have never bred the Barnyard Birds, they have their own version called the Sanctuary Bird.
Instead of Haven points for havening horses and bundles, with chickens and ducks, when you send your Barnyard Bird or egg/nest to Bird Sanctuary you will receive a number of points based on the number of traits and age for a particular Barnyard Bird. Thius includes ducks as they also give points towards bird products and a Sanctuary Bird. These are called Henny Pennies (don't laugh).
Here we have the costs in Henny Pennies for the items Currently Available from the vendor (all items are subject to change without notice including prices and availability):
Barnyard Bird Flu Shot Single (Boxed) 8,000 Henny Pennies
Pet Pellets Six (Boxed) 18,000 Henny Pennies
Poultry Glow Single (Boxed) 1,0000 Henny Pennies
High Potency Seeds Single (Boxed) 8,000 Henny Pennies
Barnyard Birds Vivacity Corn Single (Boxed) 4,000 Henny Pennies
Hen Booster Pack Single (Boxed) 75,000 Henny Pennies
Rooster Booster Pack Single (Boxed) 75,000 Henny Pennies
The biggest thing on the Sanctuary board are the Sanctuary Birds which cost 75,000 Henny Pennies each. The great thing about the 2 Sanctuary Birds is that you can choose whether to get a rooster or a hen!
The first Sanctuary Bird to come out was the Wind It Up which is exactly what it looks like, a wind up toy. The wind It Up coat does not pass.
You could have a chance at one of these exciting Non-Starter eyes by breeding any Wind it up Bird. This eye was hidden in the Wind it Up Barnyard Bird. The Toy Chicken eye CAN pass.
The second Sanctuary Bird released is the Memorable Sanctuary Bird which also comes in either rooster or hen, and doesnt pass.
The great thing about Sanctuary Birds is, they will give a gradual boost to the Vivacity of birds within 10 meters over a period of time. So they act like the orange rinds do.
Amaretto has promised that the next breedable update will be Barnyard Birds. I cannot wait to see what comes out with them! BOK BOK!
