Tail Piece are one set of many exciting possible Non-Starter Traits that can come from breeding Starter Coats.

You can have a chance at one of these exciting Non-Starter Traits by breeding any K-9 with a starter K-9 or by breeding together two starter K-9s.

Tail Piece were released in the Version 3.0 Update that was released on February 5, 2020.
