So i am just now getting back into breeding and all my k-9 "bundles" are version 1 something, i got the updater for version 3.1 fix and tried to update my bundles but it would not update them nor would it update a birted k-9 any help or suggestions

Hi Paige, I would file a ticket.  check the documentation in the folder with the updater, it will usually say how far back it can update something.  If you file a ticket, the worst that could happen is that they would say 'sorry'.
