I'm a huge fan of braid and long/braid tails. But I'd love to see a long or fresian mane with braids in it. No idea how you'd do this (I just come up with the ideas LOL). But this could add more trait possibilities like ribbons or different colored braids. The photo below is a cute example of ribbons and braids.
